WoodSpring Suites Charlotte-Arrowood

Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday and everything was great. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I loved that the rooms had a full size fridge and 2 burner stove top. We were able to store our snacks and leftovers without any problems. The staff was nice. The guy who checked us in J. Holmes was upbeat and professional. When we were checking in he was mopping the floor, it had the place smelling good. It reminded me of home. He is the type of employee that I would love to have work fir me. The staff really takes great care of the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay while in Charlotte. 10 out of 10!

Front desk Sabrina and Larry W was more than welcoming to me. I came in distress, sad, and really needing a moment of peace, she was so kind and gentle . She listened to me and gave me words of encouragement. I love you Sabrina ! Larry was the first person I came in contact with , he was so kind . He energy was exactly what I needed when I walked it. It was something I didn't expect and for that I am grateful. Thank you Larry ! I love you! Precious Precious xo

I cannot say enough incredible things about WoodSpring Suites Charlotte–Arrowood — specifically Deidra (the manager) and Justin at the front desk. I traveled to Charlotte for one of the most important events of my career — a board examination for my professional license. Unfortunately, there was a booking issue through Expedia that was completely outside of the hotel’s control, and it resulted in my reservation not being processed correctly. After traveling and preparing for such a high-stakes exam, finding out there was a problem with my room created an overwhelming amount of stress and anxiety. From the moment I explained the situation, Deidra and Justin stepped in with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Instead of brushing off the issue or blaming a third party, they took ownership of helping me find a solution. They went above and beyond to secure a room for me despite the complication, and they handled everything with patience and reassurance. Deidra exemplifies what true leadership in hospitality looks like — calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and deeply caring about guests. Justin was equally outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Together, they completely turned around what could have been a disastrous situation before a major career milestone. Because of them, I was able to focus on my exam instead of worrying about where I would stay. Their empathy and effort truly made a difference in a moment that mattered more than they probably realize. If you are staying in the Charlotte area, this is the place to book — not just for the accommodations, but for the people. Deidra and Justin represent the very best of customer service and human kindness. Thank you both for going above and beyond. I am deeply grateful.

Great stay! Close drive to lots of different things. Rooms are extremely clean. Great front desk service.

The service here was spectacular! everyone was very helpful when it came to whatever we needed. they were very understanding and helpful when were needed to checkout earlier than the our expected stay. we had no problem getting our refund for the rest of the days!

Overall: it’s very close to NBEO offices, it’s clean, basic and friendly staff. But loud and bright. Negatives: Please please please get curtains for the blinds. I have attached a picture below of how much light was entering my room from the parking lot. This was a major bummer This hotel is not quiet. They allow pets, so barking was heard. Doors slam as they do not have the things that slow them down. People were very loud in the hallway and the walls and ceilings are very thin. You hear every step of the person above you. The loud people are out of control of the hotel, but the thin walls don’t help. Room had a very weird smell. It wasn’t necessarily bad, I think it was the cleaner they used on the bedding or the floor. You get used to it but it’s not a pleasant smell to walk into Positives: Great location if you’re an optometry student Clean, basic rooms with comfortable bed Working AC Friendly staff Plenty of parking Overall it was fine! I would bring headphones or request a room on the top floor. I’m really hoping they add curtains. PLEASE!

Clean rooms, no bugs, friendly staff, have working security cameras and monitoring. Rooms have a microwave and stovetop. Shoutout to Eddie G for ensuring my family’s safety during our stay! He was awesome.

So fair my experience with this place is amazing so many more nice people they service is amazing front desk people are amazing Eddie at front desk is the kindest person you can meet an so helpful I would 100% recommend this place for a stay for a couple of nights or even a good start for anyone coming to charlotte
